In a rent controlled contentious city as San Francisco, the competition from attorneys specializing in landlord/tenant issues is fierce.  The Law Offices of James M. Millar needed collateral materials to help set them apart.

Solutions

We used a compelling, humorous photography to illustrate the entanglement and frustration between landlords and tenants.  The brochure developed for the Client communicated their expertise and how they win cases for their client.

Our client liked the image so much that we further developed a trade show poster display and added boxing theme props for a local landlord association trade show.
